Do I also pay for the AI?
Only if you choose to. Pragma runs on the Claude, Codex, Qwen or Grok account you already have, using your own login, or free on an open model it downloads and runs on your graphics card. We never charge for model usage.
What is Pragma Live?
Pragma joins your Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, takes notes, and answers when someone says "Pragma". Each plan includes meeting hours every month: 1 on Starter, 5 on Pro, 20 on Advanced. They come back on the first of each month.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time. Moving up takes effect straight away. Cancelling stops the next payment, and your plan keeps working to the end of the month you paid for.
How do I get it after paying?
Checkout is run by Freemius, our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and the receipt. Your licence key is shown after you pay and in the receipt email. Paste it on the download page to get the installer for your computer, then into Pragma under Settings. A brand-new key can take a minute to be recognised.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Will Windows warn me?
Windows may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen, because the Windows installer is not code-signed yet; signing is coming. The download comes straight from us and is safe. Choose More info, then Run anyway. The Mac app is signed and notarized by Apple.
